*_ ENERGY AUDIT RAFFLE_ *
 Deadline: January 16, 2009

*Win an Energy-saving Thermal and Electricity Audit for Your Home!*

Purchase a raffle ticket for a chance to win a combined 
heating-cooling-electricity energy audit for your home!  Thanks to Randy 
Sadewic of Positive Energy, Inc. and Larry Gorman of Building Energy 
Solutions, Inc., NMSEA is delighted to offer a Home Energy Audit via a 
raffle.

This unique opportunity will contribute to make someone's home more 
comfortable with energy savings for years to come.  People with high 
winter heating bills, high summer cooling bills or high electric bills 
yearround will particularly benefit.

The winner's home shall not be larger than 3000 SF and shall be located 
within 30 miles of Albuquerque or Santa Fe. On-site time for each 
auditor is limited to 3 hours.

Value of audit: $625-$745.

*Heating/Cooling Portion*
The thermal audit will be performed by Larry Gorman of Building Energy 
Solutions, Inc. This audit includes a blower door test, an infrared 
camera survey of the dwelling and recommendations for improving the 
heating and cooling efficiency of your home's equipment and physical plant.

*Electricity Portion*
The electric audit will be performed by Randy Sadewic of Positive 
Energy, Inc. This audit includes a review of appliances and household 
practices with recommendations for conserving electricity use and making 
the most out of the electricity you do use. The homeowner will also 
receive a Kill-a-Watt meter.

*Raffle Ticket Prices*

Tickets are $5 each or 3 for $10.

To purchase raffle tickets, you can order by phone, mail (we'll fill out 
your raffle ticket) or in person (to fill out your own ticket).
