Solar Fiesta 2003 Volunteer Information

Greetings, you are invited to participate in the 2003 Solar fiesta as a Volunteer.

Preparations for Solar Fiesta will begin at 4pm Friday the 19th of September. The event itself will be held from 10am-5pm on Saturday the 20th and Sunday the 21st.

 

We expect to have a fun time at the Fiesta but it’s going to take the efforts of many dedicated volunteers to make it a success.

We are asking volunteers to sign up for a 2-4 hour shift at some time during the Friday night setup or Saturday and Sunday event.

In return, volunteers will receive a badge that gives free access to the grounds and any and all workshops. In addition, volunteers will receive a free NMSEA Solar Fiesta T-shirt. Volunteers will receive badges, t-shirts and assignments before free dinner is served in the IPCC Special Events building at NW corner of site. Set-up from 4-7pm, Dinner between 7 and 8pm Friday the 19th of September

Setup on Friday, tent set-up, and posting signs  Exhibitor coordination

Workshop Ticket booth                                                Docents for Children’s Museum

Exhibitor Monitors                                                        First Aid (Red Cross Certification)
